Terms of service

01Who you are agreeing with

SupaNav is made by A Mad Office, a business registered in the Netherlands. Where these terms say we, us or SupaNav, they mean A Mad Office.

02Early access

SupaNav is in early access. Spots are limited and we decide who gets one. There are no prices yet. Before we charge anything, early birds hear it first, and nothing changes for an existing account without notice. During early access the service changes often, and some things will not work perfectly yet.

03Your account and your workspace

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
• The person who creates an organisation owns that workspace and can make others admin. Admins manage the whole workspace. People you invite to a project only see that project.
• You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do in your workspace.
• You must be at least 16 to use the service.

04Clients and share links

Review links, shared canvases and file links open without an account. Anyone who has the link can see what it shows, so share it with care. You can switch a link off at any time, and a link stops working when the file or the project it belongs to goes to the Bin.

05Your content

Everything you put in SupaNav stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people you share it with, as far as that is needed to run the service. We do not use it for anything else and we do not train AI models on it. You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and share.

06What you may not do

• Upload or share content that is illegal, or that you do not have the rights to.
• Upload malware, or try to get into workspaces or accounts that are not yours.
• Overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our written agreement.
• Use the service to harass or harm anyone.

07AI features

Meeting notes and SupaStudio use models from other companies (OpenAI, fal.ai, kie.ai and Higgsfield). What they return can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it. In SupaStudio you use your own API keys, and those providers bill you directly under their own terms. You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you send and for how you use the results.

08Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. We only read and write the calendars you select, and Google's own terms apply to your Google account. See the privacy policy for what we store.

09Availability and changes

We work on SupaNav continuously, and features may change or disappear. We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Where we can, we tell you in advance about planned downtime.

10Ending

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. Before an account closes you can export your hours and download your files. After that we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11Liability

During early access the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 euros if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence. You cover claims from others that follow from your content or from your breach of these terms.

12Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the court of Oost-Brabant in Eindhoven, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another court.

13Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we put the new version here with the date at the top, and we email account holders about a change that matters. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply.
