One place

Ten apps.
One roof.

A project easily runs across ten apps. Each one has its own people, its own files and its own comments, and your client gets a link from every one of them. In SupaNav they are tabs of one project.

How it works

Follow one project
from first idea to delivery.

Every new project starts with these five phases. Rename them to fit your work, whether that is a film, a brand identity, a campaign or a series made with AI.

01 · Concept

Every idea starts
on one canvas.

A treatment, a brand identity or a month of posts: the idea takes shape on a canvas, with the whole team on it at once. The project around it holds the client, the phase, the deadline and the team.

  • A home per projectThe board shows where every project stands, from not started to delivered.
  • One canvas, any kind of workPhotos, video, links, tasks, notes and colours on one board. Paste a link and the card fills itself in.
  • Together, liveSee who is on the board, where their cursor is and what they change, while they change it.

02 · Pre-production

Your to-do list,
as a board.

Everything that has to happen before the shoot or the render, as cards on one board. Drag them from Not started to Done, and every task knows who does it and when.

  • A board like TrelloDrag cards between your own columns, or switch to a list sorted by date.
  • Who and when, with subtasksEvery task has an owner and a date, and subtasks for the small steps.
  • Your calendar next to itGoogle Calendar shows up next to your deadlines, and an event becomes hours in one click.

03 · Production

Make it,
all in the same project.

Production is where everything happens at once. The same canvas holds the shot list and the brand book, the studio does the AI work, and the call with the client and the chat with your team sit right next to it.

  • Meeting notes that write themselvesRecord a call in the browser. AI writes it out per speaker, with decisions and action points that land on the board.
  • A chat per projectOne conversation with everyone on the project, with canvases and reviews linked right in it.
  • A canvas for anythingShot lists, brand books, moodboards and storyboards, live with your team.

04 · Edit

Every deadline,
every note in view.

While the work comes together, the timeline shows what is due across all your projects, and the notes keep what the client said.

  • One timelineEvery deadline of every project on one line, so two deliveries in the same week stand out.
  • Notes with the projectBriefings, client calls, the edit list. Written and read where the work is.
  • Reminders that floatClient wants the first 30 seconds tighter. It comes back at the moment you set.

05 · Delivery

Your client reviews.
No account needed.

Send one link. Your client looks, comments on the exact spot and approves per file, without an account.

  • Comment on the frameYour client pins a comment to the exact frame and draws on the image.
  • Approve per fileOne file can be approved while the next one is still in review.
  • Comments for the team onlyInternal comments sit next to the ones from your client, and your client never sees them.

Hours

Your hours,
counted while you work.

Start the timer on any screen, or book a block of two hours. Every hour lands on its project, and the week, the month and what is still to invoice add up by themselves.

  • A timer on every screenIt floats in the corner and keeps running when you switch pages or close the tab.
  • Billable, invoiced, paidTick a whole week, mark it invoiced, and see what is still open per client.
  • Hours for the invoiceExport your hours to Excel, CSV or PDF, per project or all at once.

    • Folders you make yourself
    • A brief and favourites per project
  2. 02 / 05

    • The same face across every shot

    Chain it on a workflow

Questions

Before you
ask.

Does my client need an account?

No. Your client opens the review link, watches, comments on the frame and approves per file, without signing up.

Where are my files stored?

In Europe, in your studio's own space. Only the people in a project can open its files.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Connect your Google account and your calendars show up next to your projects. An event becomes hours in one click.

Can I export my hours?

Yes, to Excel, CSV or PDF, for one project or for all of them at once.

Does it work on a phone?

SupaNav is made for a computer. You can read along on a phone, but the screens are built for a bigger one.

What does it cost after the early birds?

There are no prices yet. Early birds hear it first, before anything changes.

Start with your
first project.
